Exeter City is a city located in Barry County, Missouri, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 707 inhabitants. It has total area of 0.8 square miles (2.07 kmē), giving it the 478th largest by total area among Missouri.
