Eureka Springs City is a city located in Carroll County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The city has a population of 2278 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 2353, It is the 119th largest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 6.92 square miles (17.92 kmē ), of which, 6.78 square miles (17.56 kmē) of it is land and 0.14 square miles (0.36 kmē) of it is water, it is the 75th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2278 people in the city, organized into 1119 households, and 570 families residing in the city. The population density was 336.2 people per square mile (129.81/kmē), it would be the 334th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Arkansas. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 17.2% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 24.4% from 25 to 44, 33.4% from 45 to 64, and 19.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 81.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 81.2 males.
