Eureka City is a city in the Juab County, Utah, United States. As of 2000 the population was 766. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 796, It is 171st most populous in Utah. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.47 mi˛ (3.81 sq km ), giving it the 65th smallest by total area among Utah.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 766 people, 271 households, and 197 families living in the city.
