Eunice City is a city located in the Lea County, New Mexico, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 2562 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2771, It is 62nd most populous in New Mexico. The city has a total area of 2.93 mi˛ (7.59 sq km), of which, 2.92 square miles (7.56 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it New Mexico's 138th largest by total area.
