Esto Town is a one of the Holmes County, Florida, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 356 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 361, making it Florida's 55th smallest. It is spread over 2.35 square miles (6.09 kmē), of which, 2.2 square miles (5.7 kmē ) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.39 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 563rd largest by total area in Florida.
