Estell Manor City, New Jersey is a city of the Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1585 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1716, giving it the 65th smallest population among New Jersey. The city spans an area of 54.91 sq mi (142.22 sq km), of which, 53.57 square miles (138.75 sq km) of it is land and 1.34 square miles (3.47 sq km) of it is water, making it the third largest by size in New Jersey.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1585 people, 457 households, and 284 families residing in the city. The population density was 29.6 people per square mile (11.43/kmē), it is the third least densely populated city in the U.S. state of New Jersey. There were 546 housing units at an average density of 10.2 per square mile (3.94/kmē). The average household size was 2.95 persons, and the average family size was 3.27 persons.
