Erwin City is a city located in the Unicoi County, Tennessee, United States. In 2000, city's population was 5610 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 5802, giving it the 90th largest population among Tennessee. It is spread over 3.55 sq mi (9.19 square kilometre), of which, 3.54 square miles (9.17 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 221st largest in terms of geographical size.
