Erath Town is a one of the Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the town was 2187 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 2175, It is the 180th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 1.5 sq mi (3.88 square kilometre), making it Louisiana's 89th smallest by total area.
