Ephraim City is a city in the Sanpete County, Utah, United States. It is home to over 4505 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 5284, giving it the 79th largest population among Utah. The city encompasses an area of 3.57 square miles (9.25 square kilometre), it is the 163rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Utah.

The population density was 1262.4 people per square mile (487.42/kmē), it would be the 65th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Utah.
