Enon Valley Borough is a United States borough located in the Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 387 inhabitants. The borough has a total area of 0.52 miē (1.35 kmē), making it Pennsylvania's 333rd smallest by total area.
