Enon Valley Borough is a United States borough located in the Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 387 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 362, It is the 234th smallest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 0.52 miē (1.35 kmē), making it Pennsylvania's 333rd smallest by total area.
