Englishtown Borough is a borough located in the Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The borough has a population of 1764 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 1917, making it the 77th least populous in New Jersey. It covers total area of 0.58 square miles (1.5 kmē), of which, 0.57 square miles (1.48 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 26th smallest by total area in New Jersey.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1764 people in the borough, organized into 457 households, and 284 families residing in the borough. The population density was 3102.1 people per square mile (1197.73/kmē), it is 230th most densely populated borough in New Jersey.
