England City is a city located in Lonoke County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 2972 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 3025, It is the 97th largest in terms of population. The city encompasses an area of 1.86 miē (4.82 kmē), giving it the 261st largest by total area among Arkansas.
