Empire Village, Jefferson County, Ohio is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 300 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 276 in July 2008, making it Ohio's 166th smallest. Its area is just over 0.33 miē (0.85 kmē), it is the 188th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Ohio.
