Emily City is a city located in Crow Wing County, Minnesota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Emily City had an official population of 847 in 2000. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 991, It is the 368th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 36.1 sq mi (93.5 kmē), of which, 30 square miles (77.7 kmē) of it is land and 6.1 square miles (15.8 kmē) of it is water, it is the 19th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks ninth in the size of its inland waterways in Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 847 people in the city, organized into 368 households, and 244 families living in the city. The population density was 28.2 people per square mile (10.89/kmē), making it the 12th least densely populated city in Minnesota.
