Emery County, Utah is a county of the United States of Utah. The population of county in 2000 stood at 10860 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 10510, It is Utah's 19th most populous county. It is spread over 4461.54 sq mi (11555.34 kmē), of which, 4451.85 square miles (11530.24 kmē ) of it is land and 9.69 square miles (25.1 kmē) of it is water, it is the seventh largest in terms of geographical size.

For every 100 males there were 99.2 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 102.6 females. Its population was estimated at 10510 in July 2008, The racial makeup of the county was 10198 White, 35 Black or African American, 93 American Indian, 43 Asian, 11 Native Hawaiian, and 130 from two or more races.
