Elsberry City is a city in the Lincoln County, Missouri, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2047 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 2634, It is the 241st largest in terms of population. It is spread over 1.17 square miles (3.03 sq km), it is the 373rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.
