Elm Springs City is one of the city of Washington and Benton counties, Arkansas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 1044 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 1298 in July 2008, It is Arkansas's 198th largest by population . It is spread over 3.77 mi˛ (9.76 square kilometre), it is the 141st largest in terms of geographical size.

The median age was 39 years, the median age of male residents at 37.6 and the median age of female residents at 39.9. The racial makeup of the city was 977 White, 4 Black or African American, 10 American Indian, 16 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 11 from two or more races and 26 Ohter races.
