Elliott County, Kentucky is a county located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 6748. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 7280, giving it the tenth smallest population among Kentucky's county. It is spread over 235.2 square miles (609.17 square kilometre), of which, 233.96 square miles (605.95 square kilometre ) of it is land and 1.24 square miles (3.21 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 29th smallest by total area among Kentucky's county.
