Elko City is a city in the Scott County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 472. It is the 497th most populous in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city comprises an area of 1.36 square miles (3.52 sq km), makes it the 404th largest by total area in Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 472 people, 155 households, and 129 families living in the city.
