Elkhorn City is a city located in Douglas County, Nebraska, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a total area of 3.77 miē (9.76 kmē), of which, 3.74 square miles (9.69 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, making it Nebraska's 24th largest by total area.
