Elizabethtown Town is one of the town of Bladen County, North Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 3698. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3714, making it the 163rd most populous in North Carolina. It covers total area of 4.62 mi˛ (11.97 square kilometre), of which, 4.59 square miles (11.89 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 193rd largest by total area among North Carolina.

The population density was 805.9 people per square mile (311.16/km˛), it is North Carolina's 279th most densely populated town.
