Elizabeth City is one of the city of Otter Tail County, Minnesota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 172 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 183, It is the 160th least populous in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.36 mi˛ (0.93 square kilometre ), making it Minnesota's 95th smallest by total area.
