Elgin Borough is a United States borough located in the Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of borough in 2000 stood at 236 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 225, It is the 130th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It has total area of 1.56 mi˛ (4.04 sq km), giving it the 505th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
