Elco Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, borough's population was 362 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 339, It is the 219th least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.32 square miles (0.83 kmē), of which, 0.24 square miles (0.62 kmē) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 kmē) of it is water, it is the 173rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
