Elbow Lake City is one of the city of Grant County, Minnesota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1275. The July 2008 population estimate is 1184, It is the 298th largest in terms of population. The city comprises an area of 1.72 mi˛ (4.45 sq km), of which, 1.35 square miles (3.5 sq km) of it is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 352nd largest by total area among Minnesota.
