Elba Village is a United States city located in the Genesee County, New York, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 696 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 646, making it New York's 166th smallest. Its area is just over 1.02 sq mi (2.64 square kilometre), makes it the 246th smallest by total area in New York.
