Elaine City is a city located in Phillips County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 865 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 698, It is the 219th largest by population in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city comprises an area of 0.5 miē (1.29 kmē), it is the 89th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
