El Paso City is a city in the Woodford and McLean counties, Illinois, United States. It is home to over 2695 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 2802 in July 2008, It is the 441st largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 1.55 square miles (4.01 kmē), it is the 529th largest by area in the U.S. state of Illinois.
