Egegik City is a city in the Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 116 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 93, giving it the 112th smallest population among Alaska. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 133.98 sq mi (347.01 kmē), of which, 32.78 square miles (84.9 kmē) of it is land and 101.21 square miles (262.13 kmē) of it is water, making it the 49th largest by size in Alaska. It is ranks tenth in the size of its inland waterways in Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 116 people, 44 households, and 23 families residing in the city. The population density was 3.5 people per square mile (1.35/kmē), giving it the 100th least densely populated city among the Alaska. There were 286 housing units at an average density of 8.7 per square mile (3.36/kmē). The average household size was 2.64 and the average family size was 3.74.
