Echo City is a city in the Umatilla County, Oregon, United States. It is home to over 650 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 666, It is 93rd least populous in Oregon. It is spread over 0.6 square miles (1.55 square kilometre), it is the 63rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon.
