Eastport Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the Suffolk County, New York, United States. The census designated place has a population of 1454 as per the 2000 census data. It is the 691st largest by population in the U.S. state of New York. Its area is just over 5.63 mi˛ (14.58 square kilometre), of which, 5.49 square miles (14.22 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.14 square miles (0.36 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 158th largest by size in New York.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1454 people in the census designated place, organized into 554 households, and 374 families residing in the census designated place. The population density was 264.7 people per square mile (102.2/km˛), it is the 58th least densely populated census designated place in the U.S. state of New York.
