Easton Town is a town in the Talbot County, Maryland, United States. As of 2000 the population was 11708. Its population was estimated at 14677 in July 2008, It is the 100th most populous in the U.S. state of Maryland. The town spans an area of 10.41 square miles (26.96 square kilometre), of which, 10.29 square miles (26.65 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 237th largest by total area among Maryland.

As of the census of 2000, there were 11708 people in the town, organized into 5031 households, and 2881 families residing in the town. The population density was 1137.6 people per square mile (439.23/kmē), it is Maryland's 117th least densely populated town. There were 5399 housing units at an average density of 524.7 per square mile (202.59/kmē). The average household size was 2.22 people, and the average family size was 2.91 people. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 22.6% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 29.8% from 25 to 44, 20.8% from 45 to 64, and 19.2% who were 65 or older.
