Easton City is a one of the Gregg and Rusk counties, Texas, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the city was 524 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 555, It is the 374th smallest in terms of population. Its area is just over 2.49 mi˛ (6.45 sq km), it is the 713th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
