Eastman City is a one of the Dodge County, Georgia, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Eastman City had an official population of 5440 in 2000. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 5675, It is the 128th most populous in the U.S. state of Georgia. It has total area of 5.11 square miles (13.23 kmē), of which, 5.1 square miles (13.21 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 161st largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 5440 people, 2154 households, and 1318 families living in the city. The population density was 1067.3 people per square mile (412.09/kmē), making its Georgia's 123rd most densely populated city. There were 2418 housing units at an average density of 474.1 per square mile (183.05/kmē). The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 2.96.
