East Quogue Cdp is a census designated place located in Suffolk County, New York, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 4265. It is the 378th most populous in the U.S. state of New York. It has total area of 11.79 square miles (30.54 sq km), of which, 10.3 square miles (26.68 sq km) of it is land and 1.49 square miles (3.86 sq km) of it is water, it is the 41st largest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
