East Prospect Borough is a one of the York County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 678 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 758, making it Pennsylvania's 390th smallest. The borough spans an area of 0.35 square miles (0.91 square kilometre), giving it the 197th smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
