East Point City is a city in the Fulton County, Georgia, United States. It is home to over 39595 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 43418, It is the 14th largest by population in the U.S. state of Georgia. The city extends throughout a territory of 13.77 mi˛ (35.66 square kilometre ), of which, 13.75 square miles (35.61 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Georgia's 52nd largest by total area.
