East Orange City, Essex County, New Jersey is a city located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. East Orange City had an official population of 69824 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 65390 in July 2008, making it New Jersey's tenth largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.93 mi˛ (10.18 square kilometre ), making it the 145th largest by size in New Jersey.
