East Liverpool City is a United States city located in the Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. It is home to over 13089 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 11996 in July 2008, It is the 137th largest in terms of population. The city spans an area of 4.53 miē (11.73 kmē), of which, 4.35 square miles (11.27 kmē) of it is land and 0.18 square miles (0.47 kmē) of it is water, it is the 226th largest in terms of geographical size.
