East Laurinburg Town is a town located in Scotland County, North Carolina, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 295 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 279, It is North Carolina's 86th smallest by population . It has total area of 0.18 sq mi (0.47 sq km), making it North Carolina's third smallest by total area.
