East Helena Town is a town in the Lewis and Clark County, Montana, United States. The population of the town was 1642 as per the 2000 census data. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 2114, giving it the 64th largest population among Montana. The town encompasses an area of 0.84 sq mi (2.18 kmē), makes it the 84th smallest by total area in Montana.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1642 people in the town, organized into 694 households, and 462 families residing in the town.
