East Gull Lake City is a city located in the Cass County, Minnesota, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 978 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 1027, It is the 341st largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city spans an area of 14.83 square miles (38.41 square kilometre), of which, 7.91 square miles (20.49 square kilometre) of it is land and 6.92 square miles (17.92 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 75th largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks eighth in the size of its inland waterways in Minnesota.
