East Falmouth Cdp is a census designated place located in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. It is home to over 6615 people (2000 census). It is Massachusetts's 97th largest by population . The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 6.28 square miles (16.27 kmē ), of which, 5.45 square miles (14.12 kmē) of it is land and 0.84 square miles (2.18 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 85th largest by total area in Massachusetts.
