East Dundee Village is one of the city of Kane County, Illinois, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 2955. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 3121, making it Illinois's 418th largest. It has total area of 2.91 sq mi (7.54 square kilometre), of which, 2.68 square miles (6.94 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 347th largest by size in Illinois.
