East Duke Town is a town located in the Jackson County, Oklahoma, United States. As of 2000 the population was 445. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 400, It is 366th most populous in Oklahoma. It is spread over 0.43 mi˛ (1.11 square kilometre), making it Oklahoma's 176th smallest by total area.
