East Cleveland City is a city located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. East Cleveland City had an official population of 27217 in 2000. It is spread over 3.11 square miles (8.05 square kilometre), making it Ohio's 312th largest by total area.
