East Bethel City is a city located in the Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. The city has a population of 10941 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 11895, It is Minnesota's 80th largest by population . The city has a total area of 48.05 sq mi (124.45 kmē), of which, 44.85 square miles (116.16 kmē) of it is land and 3.2 square miles (8.29 kmē) of it is water, giving it the eighth largest by total area among Minnesota.
