Eagleville City is a city located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. It is home to over 464 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 523, making it the 56th least populous in Tennessee. The city comprises an area of 2.13 mi˛ (5.52 square kilometre), making it the 117th smallest by size in Tennessee.
