Eagles Mere Borough is a borough located in the Sullivan County, Pennsylvania, United States. Eagles Mere Borough had an official population of 153 in 2000. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 142, giving it the 73rd smallest population among Pennsylvania. Its area is just over 2.25 sq mi (5.83 square kilometre), of which, 2.06 square miles (5.34 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.19 square miles (0.49 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 320th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
