Eagle Town is one of the town of Eagle County, Colorado, located towards the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. The town has a population of 3032 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 5897, making it Colorado's 116th largest. The town encompasses an area of 2.36 square miles (6.11 square kilometre), it is the 151st largest in terms of geographical size.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 3032 residents, 1064 households, and 747 families in the town. The population density was 1283 people per square mile (495.37/kmē), it would be the 145th most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Colorado. There were 1116 housing units at an average density of 472.9 per square mile (182.59/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.8 persons, and the average family size was 3.27 persons.
